Many times our lives are overtaken with problems. Life’s issues seem to be insurmountable and unconquerable. Situations that we confront on a daily basis have an effect on our lives, our finances, and our health; these things can challenge us to the core of our being. We live in a society that is constantly bombarding us with pressure to compromise our faith and our values. But the Apostle Paul reminds us “let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up” (Galatians 6:9 NIV) . Weariness, frustration, and doubt are all tricks of the enemy that he uses to try to make us lose faith. These emotions can cause us to abort what God has promised at the most critical time. It may seem like you’re not going to make it or that things aren’t coming together, but I want to encourage you today that God is faithful and will do just as He has promised. The scripture says “at the proper time” if there is a proper time there must be an improper time He knows the right time to give us what He promised. All He is doing is maturing us through the process to be ready for the promise so when we receive it we will keep it. So hold on to the promise it will come to pass. God bless.
